Therapy Rates
Individual Therapy: $135 per (60 minute) hour
Couple/Family Therapy: $150 per (60 minute) hour
Letters and Reports: Fee to be determined at time of request
Consultation and Project Related Work
Payment is required at each session
Cash or E-Transfer preferred, Credit Card available if needed
No HST is added to counselling fees
A receipt will be provided. It will be needed for submission to health plans and/or for tracking medical services for income tax purposes.
Insurance
Services may be covered in full, or in part, by your private insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check with your insurance provider (and/or employer) to clarify eligibility for reimbursement and to identify potential coverage limitations.
Here are some helpful questions to consider:
Does your insurance cover services provided by a Registered Social Worker (RSW)?
What is the total yearly coverage for therapy (clarify your annual coverage period)?
What is your balance remaining for the year?
Is there a maximum coverage per session and/or a maximum number of visits?

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide notification at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment. Advance notice ensures we can provide other clients with an appointment. You will be charged for your full session if you have not provided 24 hours notice of cancellation.
